1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Adrenaline Stories ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Adrenaline Stories is a mobile application that allows users to create, publish, and experience interactive narrative stories with multiple branching paths and Quick Time Events (QTE). The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create and publish through the App. By publishing content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

  • Display, distribute, and promote your content within the App
  • Allow other users to read and interact with your stories
  • Create derivative works for promotional purposes

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Publish harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
  • Attempt to breach security or disrupt the App
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Spam, harass, or abuse other users

6. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, remove, or modify any content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate at our sole discretion. We are not responsible for user-generated content.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App (excluding user content) are owned by Adrenaline Stories. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App without our express permission.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adrenaline Stories shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
